An early March morning laying in bed, a few days after leaving my job, I saw a clear image of a snake after I finished a new meditation.
The image was comforting and I kept it with me, playing with potential meanings for it.
A week later, I went on a trip to Portugal, where I started noticing snakes all around me. The beauty and colors of the tiles, the packaging, desserts, (and pretty much everything Portuguese) influenced these snake illustrations, which I painted during the trip.
