I moved to NY in 2003 after about 4 years of living in Minneapolis. It was a lonely time, I had a huge longing for a home, but somehow I felt I no longer really had one. Going to Mexico City was tough, my mom still cried every time we said goodbye at the airport and sitting on the plane I wondered what I was doing with my life. This little book is about airports, the anonymous place between places where we carry our stories, our longings, our fears.
