I made these pieces on the first drawing marathon I took with Peter Hristoff in the Summer of 2010. I was feeling a bit stressed at work, missing getting messy and experimenting without a particular objective. I spent a long weekend in the Berkshires, painting the same 4 lovely models alongside people I’d never met for 8 hours straight. I still really love these pieces as I can feel the beautiful environment they were created in when I look at them.
